• Transparent Pricing: Spreads, fees, and rates are clearly disclosed.
• Objective Criteria: Service conditions are based on legitimate factors (e.g. regulatory obligations, AML/CTF requirements, risk controls).
• No Unjustified Discrimination: Differences in access or service levels are only allowed if objectively justified (e.g. jurisdictional bans, suspicious activity, technical limits).

Commercial Policy Highlights

Client Access

Only verified users with valid KYC/AML documentation can access our platform. Services may be restricted in jurisdictions where legal, risk, or technical limitations apply.

Pricing and Spreads

• Quotes shown to clients include a spread on top of the real-time market rate.
• All costs and limits are visible in the user interface or listed on our Fees and Limits page.
  

Trading Limits

• Minimum and maximum trade sizes apply and may vary based on payment method, account history, and risk classification.
• Trades outside permitted limits will be declined automatically.
  

Quote Validity

• Kriptomat may withdraw or suspend a price quote at its discretion (e.g. due to system error or market volatility).
  

Availability

• Services are generally available 24/7, but may be temporarily limited due to technical maintenance or regulatory changes.

Ongoing Monitoring

Our internal teams continuously monitor:

• System performance and quote accuracy
• Complaints or pricing anomalies
• Policy compliance, through periodic audits and reporting to management and regulators
