How To Withdraw Funds From Kriptomat

Kriptomat makes it easy to transfer funds from your Kriptomat account to your bank account.

You must have a valid Kriptomat account to withdraw funds via SEPA wire transfer. Your account is valid once you have verified your identity.

Start withdrawing funds by logging in to your account and navigating to your wallet. Note that you’ll need to use Kriptomat’s Sell feature to convert crypto funds to euros before you can withdraw them. 

This video shows how easy it is to make a withdrawal:

1. In the euros section of your Kriptomat wallet, click the three dots to bring up the Action menu. Select Withdraw.
2. Use the drop-down menu to choose which bank account you want to transfer funds to.
3. Type the amount of money, in euros, that you wish to withdraw, then click the Withdraw button.
4. The Kriptomat software will then send a confirmation code via SMS to your mobile phone. Use the code to confirm the transaction, then press “Confirm withdrawal.”

That’s all there is to it. The funds will show up in your bank account within three working days. You can monitor the transaction’s status with the Kriptomat app or website.

Kriptomat does not currently have a direct withdrawal mechanism for users whose banks do not support SEPA wire transfers. You must transfer your Kriptomat funds to an external wallet and make the withdrawal at a crypto ATM or exchange.

Kriptomat intends to support withdrawals via credit cards, non-SEPA banks, and other avenues as soon as possible.
