Kriptomat is pleased to announce that users in the United Kingdom can now make deposits and withdrawals in GBP.
The move is part of a multi-currency initiative in which Kriptomat has added support for 10 European fiat currencies.
“Our goal is to make buying and selling crypto as fast and easy as possible,” says Kriptomat co-founder Srdjan Mahmutovic, “so every person everywhere can enjoy the benefits of the crypto revolution.” Kriptomat is among the very first European crypto platforms to offer local fiat currency support.
GBP is one of 10 local fiat currencies now supported:

- Denmark: DKK
- Hungary: HUF
- Norway: NOK
- Poland: PLN
- Romania: RON
- Russia: RUB
- Sweden: SEK
- Switzerland: CHF
- UK: GBP
“Local currency support is one more step Kriptomat is taking to make crypto trading as easy as posting a picture online,” Mahmutovic says. “Everybody deserves crypto.”
