Kriptomat Planet IX Prize Draw Terms

To be eligible to participate in the Kriptomat Planet IX Prize Draw you are required to make a purchase of a minimum of 135 IXT using the Kriptomat Platform in the period from 15 September 2023 to 10 November 2023 (23:59 PM) (the “Term”) and claim participation in the prize draw in the Kriptomat Rewards Center:

Weekly prize draw: 100 Starter Pack NFT

Users who will purchase 135 IXT, either in single purchase or multiple, through the Kriptomat Platform during the Term, will participate in the prize draw on first Friday after they meet the requirements for the participation, starting with 13 October 2023, and further on 20 October and 27 October 2023.

The prize draw will be executed at 13:00 CET by a Kriptomat representative using a programmatic random draw generator and will be publicly announced immediately after the draw. 100 lucky winners will receive Starter Pack NFT which consists of 20 PIX (10 Uncommon PIX, 10 Common PIX) and 5 Regular Raffle Tickets (getaway to owning Landmark Relic NFTs). Participants can only receive a one-time prize. The Starter Pack will be distributed to the winners by Planet IX.

IXT in value of 500 EUR

Users who will purchase 135 IXT, either in single purchase or multiple, through the Kriptomat Platform, during the Term, will participate in the prize draw on 13 October 2023 at 13:00 CET. The winner will be selected by Kriptomat representatives using a programmatic random draw generator and will be publicly announced immediately after the draw.

The winner will receive the reward in his Kriptomat web3 wallet on the day of the draw, 17:00 CET latest.

Cargo Drop 3 Pack

Planet IX will award the participant that has staked the most on Planet IX during the Term with Cargo Drop 3 Pack NFT consisting of one Rover, one GG Large Pack containing 1,111 PIX and one Avatar Pack.

Kriptomat and Planet IX will publicly announce the winner on 13 October 2023 at 13:00 PM CET and will distribute the award into winner’s Kriptomat Web3 Wallet on the day of the draw, 17:00 CET latest.

Voucher for a 50 % on transaction fees with Kriptomat

By entering a Prize Draw you:

agree with these Kriptomat Planet IX Prize Draw Terms (the “Terms”)

grant the company FintechX OÜ (Kriptomat) and Nibiru (Planet IX), any third parties appointed by Kriptomat or Planet IX for the purpose of organising and/or managing the Prize Draw and permission to use your name and likeness for the purpose of organising and/or managing the Prize Draw and Competition, for announcing the winner of the Prize Draw and Competition and for related promotional purposes;
If you are a winner, you may have to provide additional information and/or complete additional documents and return them to the Company within a specified period. Failure to provide additional information and/or complete additional documents within the required time period, or notification returned as undeliverable as addressed will result in your disqualification as a winner and an alternative winner will be selected.
The name(s) of the winner(s) will be publicly announced.
you acknowledge and agree that delivery of any prize to you is conditional upon you complying with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations including, without limitation, these Terms;
you acknowledge and agree that neither Kritpomat or Planet IX or any of their employees, agents or subcontractors shall have any liability to you whatsoever in connection with your use and/or possession of your prize.

The value of the prize may be taxable as income and each prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state, and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the prize. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative.

If any of these rules are deemed to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the affected rules shall be deleted from these Terms but the remaining rules shall continue in full force and effect.

These Competition Rules and each Competition are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes arising between the Company and any third party in relation to these Terms and/or a Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, Tallinn (save that the Company shall be entitled to take action against a third party in any other jurisdiction).

Data controller processes personal data that you ensure in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter: the GDPR regulation) and the applicable Estonian legislation on the protection of personal data. The data controller processes personal data provided by you (hereinafter: the “Data”) and collected during your participation in the Kriptomat Planet IX Prize Draws which takes place on Twitter (webpage) (hereinafter: “Prize Draw”). The data includes your full name, email and your virtual currency wallet address, in relation to the winning participants of the Prize Draw.

The data controller will process the Data on the basis of your express consent, considered to be given with activation of the prize draw participation in the Kriptomat Rewards Centre, whereby the processing is carried out to the extent specified in the respective consent:

Consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of implementation and participation in the Prize Draws;
Disclosing your Kriptomat web3 wallet address to PlanetIX for the purpose of identifying a winner of Cargo Drop 3 Pack contest, and awarding the winner with the prize;
In the event of winning the prize, consent to the publication and announcement of your full name in digital and video materials of the data controller and Planet IX

(“purposes for which you have given your express consent”).

Further, data controller may disclose your personal data to

fulfill legal obligations or decisions of competent authorities (“purposes required to fulfill legal obligations”); and
to carry out communication with you, including via electronic means, in relation to issues relating to the Prize Draws, and to receive and process signs, requests, demands and other correspondence and to carry out and protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Controller, its affiliates entities or contractors (“purposes required to protect and enforce the Controller’s legitimate interests”).

The legal basis for processing your data:

Processing for the purposes for which you voluntary consent is required. Without your consent, we many not process your Data for i) the purpose of the Prize Draws, including disclosure of your wallet for the purpose of selecting the winner for Cargo Drop 3 Pack contest; and ii) the publication od your name in connection with the winning of the prize. If you refuse consent for the purposes of points i) and ii) of the previous sentence, you may not participate in the Prize Draws. You may revoke your consent at any time.

Processing for the fulfillment of legal obligations is necessary, for example, if there are legal provisions for managing or providing information in the event of receiving a decision of the competent governmental or administrative authorities, thereby enabling the implementation of the monitoring functions of the competent governmental authorities, and in accordance with the legal obligations for management and/or provision of information relating to you.
Processing in connection with the protection and implementation of the legitimate interests of the data controller, which is required to protect the legitimate interests of the data controller and its affiliated companies and contractors, is properly coordinated with your Interests, as the data is processed to the extent necessary for communication with you in connection with matters related to the Prize Draws, as well as for receiving and processing received claims, requests and other correspondence, as well as for exercising and protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the data controller.

Processing of your data

Data is processed electronically and manually and is protected by appropriate security measures to ensure security and confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access.

Please note that if you voluntarily disclose Information online in an unsecured environment, that information may be collected and used by others outside of our control.

The operator processes the Data for all the above-mentioned purposes.

Access to the Data

The data controller cooperates with Planet IX and subcontractors and service providers who act as processors, and other companies that perform similar activities that help in the implementation of the Prize Draws, for the provision of legal services, etc. The data controller requires the subcontractors with whom it cooperates to strictly comply with the data controller’s instructions in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Terms.

Your rights in relation to your Data

At any given moment, you have the right to:

Be informed about the processing of your data. The purpose of this policy is to inform you in detail about the processing of your Data in relation to the Terms;
obtain confirmation that your Data exists or does not exist and that the data controller is processing it, and if so, to access the Data and receive information regarding its processing and your related rights;
request the data controller to correct your Data if it is inaccurate;
request the deletion of your Data, unless there are important reasons and/or a legal obligation to process them;
request the data controller to notify third parties. You have the right, if necessary, to request the data controller to inform any third party to whom the data controller has disclosed your Data about the deletion, correction or restriction of the processing of your Data, unless this is not possible or involves a disproportionate effort.

Retention period applicable to your Data

The data is stored as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was processed (the period of the Prize draws and 30 days after their end), unless a longer retention period is prescribed for tax purposes or as required by the competent authorities or applicable law.
