What is Stepn?
Stepn is a unique game in which each player earns tokens for moving around outdoors – as verified by their smartphone GPS system.
It starts when you download the Stepn app for iOS or Android. To start playing, you must use the app to create a Stepn wallet and transfer some Solana SOL coins to it – enough to purchase a virtual sneaker representing your fitness level and ambition plus gas fees. Each sneaker has different attributes: durability, speed, repairability, luck, comfort, resilience, and so on.
Once your account is established, you’re ready to start earning in-game tokens for being active. You’ll earn one Green Satoshi Token (GST) for every five minutes of activity. Once you have reached level 30 within the game, you can switch to earning Green Metaverse tokens, or GMT.
