Kriptomat has successfully passed ISO 27001 yearly audit and further secured its certification and commitment to meet international best practices for information security. The certification has gained important recognition within the crypto market in the last few years, building upon its already well-established reputation in other industries.
Back in 2020, we made the strategic decision to pursue ISO 27001 certification, making us one of the pioneering exchanges in this regard. This year, we underwent a comprehensive re-certification audit, subjecting us to a thorough assessment, says Jaka Erjavec, Kriptomat’s Chief Security Officer, adding “We took the initiative to adopt ISO 27001 certification early on, and this re-certification audit demonstrates our ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards.”
